About the movie

The full monty is a British movie from 1997. The movie was set in Sheffield, England. It's a comedy and drama movie.

The movie is about two men, Gaz and Dave that are best friends who worked on a steel mill, but later became unemployed. Both of them need a new job. Gaz who is one of the main characters has not got enough money to pay the custody to see his loved son Nathan. He gets the idea to put together a audition for male strippers with four other unemployed men. Nathan is helping and supporting his dad with the show, he plays the music on the audition and after that all the males starts practice on the show.

They also put up posters saying that their show will be a lot better than the other strip tease acts because they will go ”The Full Monty” on their show. And they definitely do that.

Review of the movie

The movie was good, I liked it, but its not really my style, and I dont think I would watch it again, beacouse it was a very fun movie to just watch once.

The charaters in the movie was very funny, I think its most because of them the movie actually was so funny. I liked that the characters was not ”perfect” and that they hade problems with things in their lives. It had a good and important massage in it.

They used a lot of weird words that was hard to undertand, and its kind of hard to hear what they say sometimes beacouse their accent is so different.

I would recommend the movie if you want a good laugh.
